1. Eight Conditions for Lawful Processing

NSIP adheres strictly to POPIA's 8 core processing conditions: Accountability, Processing Limitation, Purpose Specification, Further Processing Limitation, Information Quality, Openness, Security Safeguards, and Data Subject Participation.

2. Data Subject Rights

Users and employees whose personal information is processed within NSIP retain rights to access, correct, or request deletion of their records.

3. Data Protection & POPIA Redaction

Personal identifiable information (PII) is automatically redacted prior to any external error logging or third-party analytical service processing.
