1. Data Collection & Purpose
NSIP collects personal information solely to provide, maintain, and improve our business operating system services. Information collected includes account details (name, email, role) and company operational data uploaded by your organization.
2. Strict Tenant Isolation
Every company workspace operates in a strictly isolated multi-tenant environment. Access control rules (Row Level Security) prevent cross-tenant data exposure at the database level.
3. Data Encryption
All personal and business data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
4. Third-Party Sharing
NSIP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties. We share data only with authorized local integration partners (e.g. PayFast, Ozow) as required to process your explicitly initiated actions.
