1. Workspace Subscription

NSIP provides tiered subscription plans for South African SMEs. Subscriptions include a base user count, storage allowance, and AI credit allocation.

2. Acceptable Use

Users must use NSIP in compliance with all applicable South African laws. Uploading unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Ownership

Your company retains 100% ownership of all records, documents, customer data, and financial information stored within your NSIP workspace.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high platform availability and perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours.
